Haazardous

I am the biggest hazard to my own props.

As an active crafter and someone who really doesn't know his own strength, I have the unique position to try and make more durable props. Many times, this makes the object quite heavy, often too heavy for most. BUT! If I drop it, it's not going to break. 80% of the crafts shown to have quite a bit of weight to them, and could probably be used to cause blunt force trauma. That being said, I can also make lighter stuff on request, with materials like MDF boards or AFM foam, however, it if we're me, I'd have to handle it with my mittens and be crazy gentle.

I specialize in textures, more specifically, making something dirty, grimy, greasy and beat to shit. I don't like making clean object, I like my props to have history, to have them tell a story. A little rust, a little blood, maybe a chunk taken out here or there, a scrape, scratch or half worn paint. When I'm not doing commissions, I'm modding Nerf guns, of which are for sale. Many of the mods pictured here are with my vendor, who travels around to the nerdy cons of the Pacific North West, but I do have a stash of Mavericks that I keep and are made to order!

Most of my stuff is probably going to be somewhat Steampunk/Mechanical, but I've got people requesting all kinds of wacky stuff, like DNA Cupcake Stands. Even those cupcake stands I could drag behind a car with little damage that's not easily repairable. I make stuff to stand up against me. Don't get me wrong, I could still break some of this stuff, but I'd have to really try to, which rules out accidents!
